**ob Description: Salesforce Product Owner**

**Contract Duration**: 6 Months
**Experience Required**: Minimum 8 years (5+ years in Salesforce development and subsequent experience in a lead/product owner/managerial role)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate directly with business BPOs and Digital & Data Team members to identify and address project needs.
- Act as an end-to-end delivery owner for assigned topics:

- Collect and analyze business requirements.
- Convert requirements into user stories or other documentation formats.
- Develop and manage project plans, including sprints, unit testing, UAT, and release timelines.
- Secure business approvals and execute development activities.
- Provide regular updates and finalize projects with comprehensive documentation, including user training materials.
- Execute user training sessions for new features and developments as needed or requested by BPOs.
- Monitor, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined and agreed upon.
- Participate in and facilitate Salesforce Governance Meetings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Salesforce Expertise**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud.
- **Project Experience**:

- Proven track record of working on greenfield or brownfield Salesforce projects.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Business Acumen**:

- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders to align project goals.
- **Time Zone and Availability**:

- Ability to work in the Europe (Paris) time zone, within the guidelines of GDI/INDEC.

**Background Verification**:
Background Verification (BGV) report is mandatory for this role.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
