**Job Description**:
As a Product Owner at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our CRM software suite. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Vision: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives to define and communicate the product vision.
- Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain a clear and concise product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and market impact, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
- Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning sessions, providing clarity and guidance to the development team on sprint goals and priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and synergy towards product development objectives.
- Release Management: Coordinate product releases and deployment activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, informing product roadmap decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software or related technologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
