Whom do We Need?
Seeking a Product Owner with product management and agile expertise to support R&D digital strategy across Clinical, Medical, Safety, and Regulatory towers. Transform LLM-based content authoring POCs into solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall product strategy and business goals.
Collaborate with the R&D organization to support digital strategy and projects across various R&D towers.
Provide clear guidance and direction to the development team, ensuring that they understand the product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Track the progress of the development team, ensuring that the product is delivered on time and meets the desired quality standards.
Engage with users to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate their input into the product development process.
Work with the QA team to ensure that the product meets the highest quality standards and delivers a great user experience.
Support the team in turning content authoring POCs into fully developed solutions/platforms.
**Required Qualifications**:
Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.Digital Health Solutions
Solid understanding of software development and technology, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the product vision and goals.
Should be able to take ownership of projects and work independently.
Ability to ensure high-quality, bug-free, and user-friendly products.
Passion for experimenting with new technologies and exploring cutting-edge tools to deliver exceptional solutions.
