**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and engage with prospective clients, including individual professionals, corporate HR/L&D teams, and training decision-makers globally.
- Utilize social media, networking events, BNI, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate quality leads.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Conduct discovery calls, present program benefits, and convert leads into enrollments for Level 1, Level 2, and ACTC programs.
- Follow up with leads in a structured and timely manner to maximize conversions.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns for program promotions.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing materials and campaigns.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain relationships with past and current clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Track client engagement in CRM systems and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Revenue Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Neptune Excellence’s revenue goal of **USD 250,000 annually**.

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to sell high-value professional services or educational programs.
- Confidence in dealing with senior executives and global audiences.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Understanding of the coaching/training industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in **training, coaching, or educational services**.
- Experience with CRM tools and online sales platforms.
- Familiarity with ICF coaching programs is an added advantage.
