**Job Summary**:
The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional front office services, coordinating billing activities, and managing airport entry permit pass creation. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless experience for all clients and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management**:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor logs.
- Maintain daily reports and front office documentation.
**Billing Coordination**:
- Generate, verify, and process client invoices in coordination with the finance team.
- Collect payments and issue receipts for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate billing records and track pending payments.
- Address and resolve client billing queries in a timely manner.
**Airport Entry Permit Pass Creation**:
- Coordinate with airport authorities for issuance and renewal of entry permits.
- Collect and verify required documents from applicants.
- Ensure timely submission of forms and compliance with airport security protocols.
- Maintain records of issued passes and expiry dates.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
