**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate route planning and diesel advance for all company vehicles, ensuring efficient utilization and timely replenishment of fuel supplies.
- Track the daily movement of loaded vehicles, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely delivery of goods to clients.
- Manage the generation of market Proof of Delivery (POD), Eway bills, and invoices for consignment (CN) creation, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Optimize fuel costs by strategically sending vehicles to the most cost-effective diesel points without compromising on quality or efficiency.
- Facilitate the procurement of tires for all company branches, seeking approval from the director and ensuring timely acquisition to maintain fleet performance.
- Oversee the uploading of PODs, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on driver leaving and joining, maintaining accurate records of personnel movements and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Uphold honesty, sincerity, and integrity in all operations, fostering a culture of trust and accountability within the team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Actively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Honest, hardworking, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed to support operational requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
