**Job Title: IT Executive**

**Job Location: Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra.**

The **IT Executive** plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing our organization's technology infrastructure. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Monitor and ensure the security of the IT environment, implementing cybersecurity measures and protocols.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing technical support to employees.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Manage and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effective procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT role, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Project management skills.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
