**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to premium clients to take orders for cakes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of cake orders, including special requests.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and preferences.
- Follow up with clients to confirm orders and address any queries or concerns.
- Coordinate with the bakery team to ensure proper delivery and quality of orders.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both local language and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- handling basic computer tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,289.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
