**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive
**Location**: Delhi, Naraina Industrial Area
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Working Hours**: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

We are a premier bridal clothing brand based in Naraina Industrial Area, Delhi, specializing in high-end bridal wear. We cater to brides who seek the perfect blend of tradition and contemporary fashion. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Tele Caller Executive** to join our team and enhance the overall client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and explain our bridal collections and services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and informative manner.
- Schedule appointments for client visits, fittings, and consultations.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, orders, and feedback.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, preferences, and schedules.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams for smooth client servicing.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to client engagement.
- Stay informed about current bridal trends and offerings to guide clients effectively.
- Build a positive rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a tele calling or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or garment industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a pleasant phone manner.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in bridal fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in a bridal or retail setting is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
