**Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive - Insurance Products**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote insurance products.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting insurance products and negotiating contracts.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand clients' needs, assess risks, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- **Proposal & Presentation**: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and customized insurance solutions to clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with underwriters, claims teams, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products (life, health, property, liability, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
