Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value for the company
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure procurement requirements are met
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including procurement data, supplier performance, and contract management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems is an asset

Nice to Have:

- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management
- Experience with contract management and administration
- Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services
- Familiarity with real estate development and construction processes
