**Job Title : Purchase Officer**

**Location**: HAPBCO Regional/Corporate Office, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

**Type**:Full-time

**Experience**: 2-5 years of relevant Purchase experience in the Construction and Mechanical Field.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:

- Identify and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors in the construction and mechanical industry.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement strategies when necessary.

**Purchase Planning**:

- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand procurement needs.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet project requirements and timelines.

**Cost Analysis**:

- Analyze pricing proposals and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and delivery considerations.
- Monitor market trends and make proactive recommendations to maintain cost-effectiveness.

**Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that purchased items meet specified standards.
- Address any quality issues with suppliers and work towards continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Officer in the construction and mechanical field (2-5 years).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.

**Salary**: ₹14,572.59 - ₹39,322.62 per month
