**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Bandra, Mumbai
**Experience**: 3-5 years

**Salary Range**: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
**Work Mode**: Hybrid (in-office + remote flexibility)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling creatives and marketing assets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry updates to refine strategies.
- Handle social media pages, engage with audiences, and drive brand visibility.
- Prepare monthly reports on performance metrics and suggest improvements.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
- Good understanding of lead generation and funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
