**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Marketing**:
Develop and execute effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Manage and curate engaging content across various platforms.

Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.

**Content Creation**:
Utilize content creation software such as _Canva, VN editor, Inshot, Photoshop, Microsoft Clipchamp,_ etc., to produce compelling visual content.

Create and edit multimedia content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.

**Google My Business**:
Take charge of the company's Google My Business profile, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Implement strategies to optimize local search and enhance online presence.

**SEO & SMM**:
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve online visibility.

Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

**Paid Social Media Ads**:
Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

**Agency Coordination**:
Collaborate with external marketing agencies to coordinate and execute marketing activities.

Ensure seamless communication and alignment with agency goals.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommend optimizations.

**Qualifications**:
2+ years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Business Management, or Digital Marketing.

Proven experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Proficiency in using content creation tools and software.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of SEO best practices.

**Language Skills**:
Proficiency in English.

Spoken Hindi and Marathi skills are an added benefit.

**Requirements**:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
