Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they are seated comfortably.
- Present the menu, provide detailed descriptions of specials, and assist guests in making informed dining choices.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive service, addressing concerns and complaints promptly.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Oversee the front-of-house staff, including waiters, bartenders, and hostesses, ensuring they follow service standards.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff, ensuring they adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and guidance when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front-of-house workspaces.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize the efficient use of restaurant space.
- Monitor table turnover and ensure a steady flow of orders.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of restaurant events and special functions.
- Handle billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of payments.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both guests and staff.
- Assist in tracking inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure the bar and kitchen have all necessary ingredients and materials for service.
- Act as the liaison between the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations and guest feedback.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
