
Customer Care Representative

**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing information related to pharmaceutical products and services. You will work closely with customers and healthcare professionals to meet their needs and expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Interaction:
Address inquiries regarding prescription status, medication availability, and pricing.
Assist in scheduling medication refills and managing prescription transfers.
- Order Processing:
Receive and process prescription orders accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.
Verify insurance information and co-pays, and resolve any related issues.
- Medication Education:
Offer basic medication information and instructions to customers.
Provide guidance on potential side effects, proper usage, and storage of medications.
Refer customers to pharmacists or healthcare professionals for more in-depth consultations when necessary.
- Problem Resolution:
Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, working to find suitable resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to supervisory staff or pharmacists as needed.
- Data Entry:
Maintain customer profiles and prescription records accurately in the pharmacy database.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
- Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical products, services, and health-related topics to assist customers effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate with ( B Pharm degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience of 2 years in US call centre process required
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
