Job Title: Telecaller - Educational Institute
Location: Delhi (Sector - 7, Rohini / Pashchim Vihar)
Job Overview:
Vidya Hub Institute, a leading educational institution specializing in Science streams for 9th to 12th-grade students and offering competitive coaching for NEET, JEE Mains, and Advanced exams, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to engage with potential students and their parents, effectively communicate the benefits of our courses, and contribute to achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Outbound Calling**:
- Make proactive calls to prospective students and parents to generate interest in our educational programs.
- Provide detailed information about the courses offered, faculty expertise, infrastructure, and unique features of Vidya Hub Institute.
2. **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various sources, including inquiries, referrals, and database management.
- Maintain a systematic approach to record and update lead information in the CRM system.
3. **Information Dissemination**:
- Clearly articulate the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and success stories of our institute to potential students and parents.
- Answer queries and address concerns to alleviate any apprehensions they may have regarding our courses.
4. **Follow-up**:
- Schedule appointments and campus visits for interested individuals to further understand our offerings.
5. **Achieve Targets**:
- Work towards monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the institute.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition of interested leads into the enrollment process.
6. **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and areas for improvement.
7. **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align efforts and create cohesive communication strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on course offerings and institutional updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a telecaller in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Knowledge or interest in science education and competitive exams is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹9,802.88 - ₹12,458.30 per month
