**Position**: Associate - Digital Marketing
**Location**: Bavdhan, Pune

**Qualification **:Bachelor in Mechanical or equivalent.
**Travel Required**: As required for Events / Exhibitions

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The incumbent shall be responsible for generating new business and maintaining a good brand image of the company with
various marketing initiatives with a focus on the following areas:

- **Website Management(CMS)**:
a. Updating and upgrading the website content and platform
b. Create campaign lead web-pages and lead magnets for measuring the conversion
c. On page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of various relevant keywords, creating blogs and aligning the pages
d. Creating customer engagement journey for web visitors for conversion
e. Managing forms, creating landing pages, intent based conversion

**Social Media Management**
a. Creation of social media content plan for Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tweet
b. Online reputation management
c. Increasing the follower base organically and inorganically
d. Creating a niche brand positioning and thought leadership

**Advertising**
a. Run paid campaigns on Google, remarketing ads and affiliate sites to reach out to prospects, Digital ads on LinkedIn and Facebook to increase the visibility and conversion
b. Identifying and publishing technical articles in renowned magazines and websites, ads on the relevant magazines
c. Off page SEO activities to increase the linking to various other sites

**Analytics**:
a. Website : Know of GA4 analytics for website analytics
b. Monthly report generation of the performance of LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and other social media handles
d. Generation of Paid Ads performance report
e. SEO report

**Events**:
a. Planning and execution of exhibitions and customer meets
b. Arranging frequent webinars and seminars with customer

**EDUCATIONAL & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATION - Bachelor in Mechanical or equivalent. (Other qualifications with relevant work experience are also ok)
- ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION(S) DESIRABLE- Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Sales,

**Marketing**
- SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED - Digital Marketing Certifications from a reputed platform

**ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE**
(Knowledge is the body of information that a person needs to have and that is required to do the job.
1. Hands on experience on Digital marketing tools, websites, social media, google paid ads
2. Experience should be in B2B industry
3. Should have experience in managing events
