Key Responsibilities of a Bakery Commis 1:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Preparing ingredients (weighing, measuring, mixing).
- Making doughs and fillings.
- Proofing and baking.
- Decorating and presenting pastries.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensuring food quality standards are met.
- Monitoring food preparation and portion control.
- Checking temperatures of appliances and food.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Following food safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assisting with inventory and ordering supplies.
- Participating in opening and closing duties.
- **Other Duties**:

- Serving food in proper portions.
- Assisting with menu planning and development.
- Learning and adhering to recipes and procedures.

Specific Tasks May Include:

- Preparing cold foods.
- Operating ovens, stoves, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
- Assisting in the preparation of various baked goods, including breads, cakes, and pastries.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies.
- Reporting defective materials and equipment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
