**Key Responsibilities1. GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Sales & Operations**
- Create, update, and manage product/service listings on the GeM portal.
- Track tenders, bids, and RFQs (Request for Quotation) relevant to the company’s offerings.
- Prepare and submit bids/tenders on time with complete documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical/commercial details required for bidding.
- Monitor bid status and follow up with buyers for order finalization.
- Maintain compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement policies.

**2. IndiaMART Lead Generation & Conversion**
- Manage the company’s IndiaMART profile, product listings, and enquiries.
- Respond promptly to buyer enquiries and follow up for conversion.
- Filter and qualify leads to focus on genuine buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat orders.

**3. Sales Target Achievement**
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets from GeM, IndiaMART, and direct market leads.
- Prepare and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast.
- Submit regular sales performance reports to management.

**4. Market Research & Business Expansion**
- Identify new product categories and business opportunities on GeM & IndiaMART.
- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and buyer preferences.
- Suggest marketing strategies to improve listing visibility and lead generation.

**5. Customer Relationship & After-Sales Support**
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for timely order execution and billing.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with government and private buyers.

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of **GeM portal operations** (tender search, bid submission, compliance).
- Hands-on experience with **IndiaMART seller panel** & lead handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & basic documentation.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
