**Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure electrical materials, equipment, and services related to power backup systems (UPS, DG sets, batteries, etc.).
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors for best pricing and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with project and service teams.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely vendor payments.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for ongoing projects and site requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, stores, and logistics teams.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of electrical and power-related products (UPS, batteries, inverters, )
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management
- Strong MS Excel & ERP software knowledge (preferred)
- Good time management and problem-solving skills

**Educational Qualification**:

- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or related fields)


**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
