Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identifying potential clients or customers through various sources (referrals, networking, cold calling, social media, etc.).
- Approaching prospects to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Conducting product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Preparing sales forecasts and reports for management.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Offering post-sale support and addressing any customer concerns or issues.
- Managing existing accounts to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Engaging in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial terms.
- Preparing and presenting sales contracts and proposals.
- Closing sales and ensuring the timely delivery of products/services.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Working closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure alignment in sales objectives.
- Coordinating with logistics or operations for product delivery and post-sale services.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Tracking sales progress and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
