- Greet customers, listen attentively to their needs, and assist them in selecting the right vehicle.
- Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and pricing of new and pre-owned Hyundai models.
- Conduct test drives with customers, showcasing the vehicles' key features and performance.
- **Sales Process**:

- Qualify potential buyers and understand their budget and preferences.
- Present various financing options, helping customers choose the best financing plans that suit their needs.
- Close sales by guiding customers through the contract and paperwork, ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the dealership.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest models, features, pricing, and promotions of Hyundai vehicles.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to compare Hyundai vehicles to competitor models.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide post-sale support, including follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Address any customer concerns or issues regarding their purchase or vehicle.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of vehicle stock levels, ensuring the dealership’s inventory is accurately represented to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the vehicles are well presented and ready for sale.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to provide financing solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customers are aware of after-sale services and maintenance options.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and customer information.
- Report daily/weekly sales progress to management and provide updates on individual performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or other customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- **Customer-Focused**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their preferences and budget.
