**Job Description: Export Sales Executive (Ceramic Industry)**

**Position**: Export Sales Executive
**Industry**: Ceramic
**Location**: Morbi, Gujarat
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 or 1+ years in export sales within the ceramic industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve export sales targets in assigned regions.
- Identify and build relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Handle end-to-end export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the ceramic industry.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing ability and customer service orientation.
- In-depth knowledge of export processes, international trade, and ceramic products.
- Proficiency in other languages, if required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
