**Job Summary**
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient day-to-day front office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reception Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate departments.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the correct personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate scheduling as needed.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, record keeping, and office supplies management.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide accurate information to visitors, clients, and internal staff regarding company services and processes.
- Assist with guest arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and hospitality services as necessary.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Support event and meeting preparations, including setting up equipment, refreshments, and other necessary arrangements.
- **Security & Compliance**:
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges, adhering to security and confidentiality guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and office policies.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: diploma or equivalent or a degree in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6months years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

**Working Conditions**
- Office-based position with regular working hours.
- May require occasional extended hours for special events or peak times.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
