**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach **education consultants/agents** for partnership opportunities.
- Promote our **study abroad services** (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Handle onboarding of partner consultancies and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve **monthly and quarterly partnership targets**.
- Maintain CRM/database of active and potential B2B partners.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and networking events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field).
- **1-2 years** of experience in B2B sales or marketing in the **overseas education sector**.
- Strong understanding of UG/PG admission processes, visa regulations, and destination countries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
