**Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

**Marketing Duties**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor trends, and market opportunities.
- Manage content for the company’s social media platforms, website, and newsletters.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade exhibitions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing efforts and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
