**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to middle and high school students in the ICSE curriculum
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive school culture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the ICSE curriculum and incorporate new and innovative teaching strategies into lessons
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education

**Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- ICSE teaching certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in a middle or high school setting
- Strong understanding of the ICSE curriculum and ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Ability to assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student success and a passion for teaching
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Independent, self-motivated, data-driven, and innovative
- A can-do spirit and spirit of excellence
