**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:Academic Delivery**
- Design, plan, and deliver structured and well-sequenced Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate interactive and inquiry-based teaching techniques.
- Use differentiated instructional strategies to cater to the varying learning needs of students.

**Student Engagement & Support**
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to express, question, and explore.
- Provide individualized attention and academic support to students, especially those facing difficulties.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning through challenging activities and mathematical modeling.
- Prepare students rigorously for internal assessments, board examinations, and competitive exams.

**Assessment & Evaluation**
- Design and administer tests, quizzes, mock exams, and assignments in alignment with academic goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student performance records, prepare grade reports, and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze student data to identify learning gaps and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

**Curriculum & Development**
- Contribute to the review and development of the school’s Mathematics curriculum, ensuring alignment with board requirements and educational standards.
- Stay updated with changes in board syllabi, exam patterns, and pedagogical trends.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Participate in regular departmental and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators to organize interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress, achievements, and concerns.

**Professional Conduct**
- Adhere to the school’s academic calendar, rules, policies, and code of conduct.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students in academic, moral, and ethical behavior.
- Take part in teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
