Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Patrapada, Bhubaneswar. The role involves selling our masala and spice products to local retailers, wholesalers, and customers. This entry-level position is perfect for someone interested in sales, spices, and growing within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively promote and sell masala and spice products to retailers, grocery stores, and individual customers in the Patrapada area.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers to encourage repeat business.
- Regularly visit local markets to ensure products are well-displayed and to promote brand visibility.
- Work towards meeting assigned sales targets and increasing overall revenue in the region.
- Get customer feedback on products, competitor offerings, and market preferences, and share it with management.
- Stay informed about the spices and masala range to confidently answer customer queries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business goals and targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education**: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience**: 0-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
- You must have your own vehicle.
- You should have basic knowledge of the local market in Patrapada and surrounding areas.
- You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and always present yourself professionally.
- You should have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- You should be Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- You should be proficient in local languages (Odia, Hindi).

You should have willingness to travel extensively within Patrapada and surrounding areas

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per year
