**Inside Sales Representee**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing customized gifting solutions.

**Sales Presentations and Product Proposals**: Assist in creating and presenting sales proposals that highlight our exclusive gifting collections, premium packaging, and personalization options.

**Market Awareness**:Stay updated on luxury market trends and client preferences to better position products and services.

**Achieve Sales Targets**: Work toward monthly sales goals by effectively managing leads and delivering exceptional service.

**Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams such as design, marketing, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

**Post-Sales Follow-Up**: Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-up, handling feedback, and nurturing long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.

**CRM & Reporting**: Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools and report progress to the management team.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a product
- or service-based industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury products and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of the gifting or luxury product industry is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience dealing with premium or corporate clients.
- Exposure to the luxury, gifting, or high-end retail sectors.
- Awareness of sustainable and high-end product trends.
