Admin executive will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office systems and workspace, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment for Operations & Support functions. she will be required to work independently but occasionally consult with and support the management staff along with coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and business role requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of Printing & Stationeries.
- Repairs and upkeep of infrastructure, Arranging all the required items for routine operations.
- Ensuring that all relevant records are updated in a timely manner.
- Ensuring AMC's and contract copies are maintained.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- To ensure that the office hygiene maintain.
- Maintenance of conference room, pantry and other common areas. Requests building and

housekeeping services as needed.
- Support HR department with tasks such as employee on boarding, record keeping, and maintaining

personnel files.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Managing the MD's Calendar and Schedule, Acting as a Liaison between the MD and Other

Departments, Communication and Correspondence Management, Handling documentation.
- Pleasing Personality & good attitude to meet and respond to people's queries.
- Welcoming and greeting the clients / Visitors & ensuring they receive attention in a timely &
friendly manner.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Basic Computer Knowledge in office Software (Excel, Word, Power point), Maintaining Registers &
Reports.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree, additional qualifications will be a plus.
- A minimum of two year of Administration Experience preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
