Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support office management activities, and ensure smooth functioning of organizational processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including office maintenance and housekeeping coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and presentations as required.
- Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and reimbursements for employees.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and office events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits.
- Manage courier services, visitor management, and front desk activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vendor & facility management.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Salary Range
