**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Create**: Develop compelling and creative visuals for posters, pamphlets, standees, social media posts, promotional posters, and banners.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
- **Template Development**: Establish and maintain design templates for future use, setting standards for quality and style.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing team to understand and execute design requirements.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our materials are fresh and engaging.
- **Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- **Tools Proficiency**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design software.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including posters, pamphlets, social media posts, and banners.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to understand and interpret design briefs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt designs for various platforms and formats.
