**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our creative team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time **Work From Office (WFO)** role. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-impact visuals across digital, print, merchandise, and events—driving the visual language of a brand that spans **fashion, poker events, and lifestyle experiences**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging creatives for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, web banners, posters, in-store collaterals, packaging, merchandise, and presentations.
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to execute visual assets that align with strategic goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms and formats.
- Create mood boards, visual narratives, and pitch decks as required.
- Edit basic videos and animations for digital platforms (motion graphics is a plus).
- Adapt and resize existing artwork to various formats, languages, or campaigns.

**D2C Lifestyle Startups** - Experience in building aspirational and trend-driven brand communication
**Creative Agencies / Studios** - Exposure to varied brand tones, storytelling, and campaign execution

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a creative or brand environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere is a plus).
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio is **mandatory** - must showcase variety and originality.

**Preferred Add-Ons**:

- Motion graphics or basic video editing capabilities.
- UI/UX design knowledge (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Trend awareness, meme fluency, and comfort with experimental content formats.
