About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with proven expertise in movie poster design and marketing collaterals, who can also handle end-to-end creative design across social media, branding, print, digital media, motion graphics, and video editing. The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled creative professional, equally comfortable designing for campaigns, editing videos, and using the latest AI tools for image/video generation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design movie posters, teasers, and entertainment marketing collaterals.


• Create branding and identity assets, including logos, packaging, brochures, and event branding.


• Develop digital & social media creatives (static, carousel, reels, stories, ad creatives).


• Design print and OOH collaterals – billboards, hoardings, flyers, standees, exhibition/event designs.


• Produce motion graphics and video edits (trailers, ads, social media edits).


• Work with AI-based design & video tools for faster creative production.


• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and production teams for campaign execution.


• Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.

Requirements:


• 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or film/entertainment background preferred).


• Strong portfolio showcasing movie posters, brand collaterals, and digital campaigns.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.


• Skilled in motion graphics and video editing.


• Familiarity with AI tools for design and video generation (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Veo3, etc.).


• Strong understanding of social media formats, branding, and marketing collateral design.


• Ability to manage end-to-end creative production across multiple media formats.


• Excellent time management, multitasking, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves:


• Photography and photo manipulation skills.


• Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.).


• Experience in handling entertainment, advertising, and lifestyle brands.

Work Details:


• Location: Work from office only (no WFH/Hybrid).


• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.


• Working Days: 6 days a week (Second Saturday Off).
