**About Moonhive Creatives**

Moonhive Creatives offers comprehensive digital marketing services, including **branding, SEO, marketing automation, content marketing, and social media marketing**. As a Graphic Designer on the Creatives team, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of both **internal Moonhive projects** and **external client engagements**.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer** to join our Moonhive Creatives division. In this role, you will collaborate with **marketing strategists**, **content creators**, and **video production teams** to develop engaging visuals that communicate our clients’ messages effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

1.  **Design & Branding**
-  Develop compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for **marketing campaigns, social media**, and **print collateral**.
-  Maintain and enhance **brand consistency** across all design outputs.

2.  **Content Collaboration**
-  Collaborate with the **Moonhive Creatives** and **Moonhive Productions** teams on digital campaigns, videos, and other multimedia projects.
-  Coordinate with **copywriters** and **marketing strategists** to ensure cohesive messaging.

3.  **Product & Client Projects**
-  Support the design needs of **internal products** (e.g., SkyOffice360 suite) as well as **external client** branding and promotions.
-  Adapt designs for multiple platforms (web, mobile, print, social media) with an understanding of **best practices**.

4.  **Innovation & Experimentation**
-  Stay up-to-date with **design trends**, emerging tools, and new techniques.
-  Experiment with new ideas and **creative approaches** to differentiate Moonhive’s visuals.

5.  **Project & File Management**
-  Organize and maintain a **library of design assets**, templates, and source files.
-  Ensure timely delivery of design tasks in alignment with **project timelines**.

**Requirements**:
1.  **Educational Background**
-  Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication**, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2.  **Software Proficiency**
-  Strong command of **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-  Familiarity with tools like **Canva**, **Figma**, or **Sketch** is a plus.

3.  **Portfolio**
-  Demonstrated **creative flair** and a **strong visual sense**—please include a portfolio of your best work.

4.  **Experience**
-  1-3 years of professional design experience (agency or startup setting preferred, but talented freshers are also encouraged to apply).
-  Experience creating **brand identities**, **social media graphics**, and **marketing collateral** is highly valued.

5.  **Soft Skills**
-  Excellent **communication** and **teamwork** abilities.
-  Strong **attention to detail** and **time management** skills.
-  Willingness to **adapt** in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

6.  **Bonus Skills**
-  Basic understanding of **video editing**, **motion graphics**, or **UI/UX design**.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
