Job Title: Graphic Designer
- **Work Location - Koramangala, Bangalore.**:

- **Working Mode - Work from office (6 days). Probation of work from home is not available**:

- **Work timing 9.30AM to 6.30PM (Monday to Saturday)**:

- **CTC: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 37,000/month**:

- **Experience Level: 3-4 Years into Graphic Designing**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and on-brand visual content for websites, landing pages, social media
- platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and digital ad campaigns.
- and promotional images.
- Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns and branding projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and convey a consistent look and feel across
- all digital channels.
- Work on motion graphics and animations for video ads, social media posts, and web use as
- needed.
- Collaborate with the content team to create infographics, presentations, and visual content
- for blog posts and articles.
- Optimize graphics for web performance by ensuring the right resolution, size, and format for
- various platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends in design, digital marketing, and social media to implement
- fresh and innovative ideas.
- Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to
- produce high-quality work efficiently.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a
- high standard of work.
- Provide input on visual strategy to elevate brand presence through creative assets.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.Experience designing for social media platforms, websites, and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with the marketing, content, and web
- development teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred but not
- required.
- An online portfolio showcasing past work in digital marketing design is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design. (Optional)
