**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative assets for print (brochures, flyers, packaging, business cards, banners).
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visuals.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and visuals.
- Prepare design files for production and liaise with printers or vendors as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of social media design standards and responsive design principles.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in branding or UI/UX design.
- Photography or illustration skills.
- Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
