As a Creative Strategist for our Ecommerce Brand, you will be responsible for driving the development of creative campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost sales. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative campaigns that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business objectives and develop creative solutions to achieve them
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform creative strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives to bring campaigns to life
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative offerings
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum impact
- Ensure all creative assets are consistent with the brand's voice and visual identity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve business challenges
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision making
- Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools and software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
