The key to your success in this role is to follow internal processes to conduct payroll activities while translating the company vision and values into day-to-day activities and guiding others to take the appropriate action steps.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration
- Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll
- Assisting in payroll tax calculations, deductions, and submissions to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conducting regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepancies
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating closely with the HR and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll information and resolve payroll-related issues
- Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards

**What you need**:

- You hold a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- You have practical experience in payroll processing and administration
- You are proficient in MS Excel
- You possess excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support
- You are well-versed in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- You are proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports, and manage records
- You have experience maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
