**Job Title**: Payroll Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax filings and deductions.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in Human Resource
- Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
