In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our fleet of electric vehicles, coordinating rental bookings, and ensuring seamless operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**: Oversee the electric vehicle fleet, ensuring maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness to keep vehicles in top condition for rentals.
- **Rental Coordination**: Process rental bookings, manage vehicle allocation and scheduling, and coordinate pick-up and drop-off procedures with customers.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive rental experience.
- **Vehicle Inspections**: Conduct pre
- and post-rental vehicle inspections, document damages or issues, and coordinate repairs or billing as necessary.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance logs, rental agreements, and customer information in the rental management system.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations, optimize fleet utilization, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**: Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and quality control measures to boost efficiency and uphold company standards.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about electric vehicle trends, sustainable transportation practices, and rental industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Experience**: Previous experience in operations, fleet management, or customer service roles preferred.

**Skills**: Familiarity with electric vehicles and sustainable transportation concepts is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Proficient in rental management software, computer systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Other Requirements**:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, or extended hours, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
