**Min Experience** - 6-10 years

**Salary**:30,000 - Rs. 60,000 Per Month

**Requirements**:
Proficient in drafting precise architectural working drawingsA fairly decent understanding of architecture detailing.Will be required to do Site visits for slab checking.

Software skills: - Auto cad, sketch up

**Key Requirement**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Technical Drawings**:

- Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with industry standards, regulations, and design specifications.
- **Collaborate with Architects and Engineers**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other project team members to understand design concepts, requirements, and modifications.
- Revise drawings based on feedback or changes from the design team or clients.
- **Maintain Design Consistency**:

- Ensure that all drafting work maintains design integrity, adheres to project timelines, and reflects the architect’s vision.
- Ensure drawings are consistent with local zoning and building codes, industry standards, and client preferences.
- **Assist in Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate and communicate with various departments, contractors, and clients to ensure the design process runs smoothly.
- Ensure that drawings align with project timelines and deliverables.
- **Support Design Development**:

- Assist architects in the development of design concepts, helping to refine them into feasible construction plans.
- Help with creating 3D models, renderings, or visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients or stakeholders.
- **Quality Control and Accuracy**:

- Perform checks on all drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to clients or construction teams.
