**Job Title**:
**Executive Corporate Sales**
**Reports To: AVP - Sales**
**Primary Responsibilities**
Identify & generate leads by means of research. Create a database of prospects.
Delivering persuasive presentations demonstrating our unique offerings, capabilities and value prepositions.
Curate dinning programs exclusively for corporate clients. Customise menu and package to meet unique needs of businesses and events.
Plan onsite catering services for corporate events. This may also include setting up F&B at event location, Plan exclusive parties exclusively for corporate clients at outlets.
Partner with corporates to Run loyalty programs as a part of Rewards & Recognitions for their employees.
Seek feedback from corporate clients and implement improvements based on suggestions.
Negotiate pricing and signing off on agreements

**Process Compliance**:Successful in ensuring all SOPs are practiced and recommendations continual improvement are shared
**Data Analysis**:Ability to derive meaningful information from Sales activities, Revenue Performance and feedback
**Program Impact **Preparing dashboards for report presentations
**Collaboration **Strong peer/ stakeholder feedback
**Purpose of Role**
The incumbent of this role will be responsible to generate revenue from hosting corporate events, Catering Services, Providing meals for meetings and organizing
business related dining needs. The executive Corporate sales will play a significant
role in generating revenue especially from corporates located at business centers.
**High Value Initiatives**
Oversee onsite Catering service for daily meals, corporate events, conferences.
Establish partnership programs with corporates to ensure recurring business opportunity

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)
