**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with department heads to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine the selection criteria for all open positions
- Plan interview, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Attend job fairs and organize recruitment events.
- Find and filter appropriate job applicants and perform reference checks.
- Schedule and conduct screening interviews.
- Maintain interview and hiring records
- Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
- Handle the orientation of new employees

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Executive or interest to work in a similar role within the Tech/SaaS space.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g.LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, Instahyre, Stack Overflow and Github)
- Knowledge of/ experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Excellent organizational skills
