Intern - Programs (Payouts & Operations)

**Roles and responsibilities**:
**1) Payouts (Major Responsibility) -**

a. Managing Facilitator Payouts [Primary]

b. Ensuring Facilitator payouts happen in a timely and accurate manner

c. Ensuring all the required documentation with respect to payouts is maintained across all geographies

**2) Operations and Administration**:
a. Sorting and Packaging of student books and getting it couriered to schools. b. Managing the storage of books and scanned OMRs and optimum utilization of office space.

c. Packaging of gifts/momentos if required and couriering it to all the

Headmasters.

d. Maintaining the inventory of medium-wise books and other program

related materials.

**3) Vendor Management**:
a. Coordinating with the vendors (Courier, Books printing and Scanner) to get the tasks done.

b. Maintaining the bills/invoices and submitting it to the Finance department.

**4) Communication**:
a. Coordinating with Headmasters to share the progress and solve for the issues. Escalate it on a timely basis to ensure speedy resolution of the same.

b. Keeping the internal teams looped in to seek their support and inputs.

**5) Student Support and Tracking**:
a. Making student support calls to collect information and tracking their journeys post of our programs.

b. Maintaining, updating the database with the same and preparing reports.

c. Interpreting data from dashboards and reporting trends to the team.

**Profile Requisites**:

- **Location is Kurla, Mumbai**:

- Minimum 1 Year commitment required with 8.5 hrs per day.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Tech Savvy (comfortable using Microsoft Office; confident of learning to operate scanners, dashboards)
- Ability to do a certain task multiple times with focus without getting bored.
- Readiness to give hand and feet support even at odd hours (if and when required)
