**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals for website development, web & mobile app development, and e-commerce portal development services.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Prepare detailed effort estimations and develop comprehensive proposal documents tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure that solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and align with client expectations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the IT industry, particularly in selling website development, web and mobile app development, and e-commerce portal development services.
- Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong exposure to IT service effort estimation and experience in preparing detailed proposal documents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- A deep understanding of the IT services market, including website development, app development, and e-commerce solutions.
