We Adler Kaufmann Group, are in the process of setting up a Rajasthani Marwari Restaurant near Koregaon Park and are looking for a passionate and experienced Indian Curry Sous Chef & Commis for the same.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time.
Designing the plating presentation for each dish.
Food production.
Stock taking of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
Enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
Creating new recipes to regularly update the menu.
Keeping track of new trends in the industry.
Incorporating feedback from restaurant staff and patrons to make improvements or resolve issues.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,039.03 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koregaon Park, Pune - 411036, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
