**Key Responsibilities**:
- **QMS Implementation & Maintenance**:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 or relevant standards.
- Maintain and update QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and policies.
- Ensure QMS procedures and controls are followed consistently by various departments.
- **Internal Audits**:
- Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QMS standards and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing for external audits and certification assessments.
- **Documentation Control**:
- Ensure proper documentation control for quality management records, audit reports, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality performance metrics and QMS audits.
- Ensure traceability and compliance of documents as per regulatory requirements.
- **Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)**:
- Monitor and track non-conformance reports, CAPAs, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- **Training & Support**:
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QMS standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in promoting awareness of quality management principles throughout the organization.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives by collecting data, identifying trends, and suggesting process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and ensure quality is embedded in all operations.
- **Reporting**:
- Generate periodic reports on QMS performance and quality metrics for management review.
- Analyse quality data and propose improvements based on findings.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Management or QMS-related role, preferably in lubricant industry.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and audit processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality management software/tools.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of successful internal and external audits completed.
- Percentage of non-conformances closed within agreed timelines.
- Timely completion of CAPAs.
- Improvement in process efficiency and quality metrics.
- Training completion rate for employees on QMS processes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,093.18 - ₹60,000.00 per month
